Dear RRWebdesign.com
The Family Resource Center has received many positive
kudos for the "new look" of our website. Even though my degree in e-business,
programming is not my forte'. I applaud your ability to listen to the stories of
the heart behind the agency, take our PowerPoint show that we use for various
events, and absorb my ideas of the message we wanted to convey. You were able to
wrap those all together to design a website that is user friendly and in
complete synchronicity with the message we want to portray and the information
we want easily accessible to the community. When I was wrapping up my final
studies for my degree last year, I had the opportunity to study hundreds of
web-design agencies. While many of them were international leaders in the
web-design industry using the pizzazz of flash animation and multimedia, many
lacked the business savvy to remember "small-town customer values" and get their
own inflated egos out of the way to listen to what the customer wants! Those
industry leaders have nothing over RRWebdesign, you guys have it ALL and THEN
some!
I found your crew to be very respectful of our ideas, understanding of our
budget, and receptive to the direction we want to go in the future. We plan to
continue this relationship for many years, and we all thank you from the bottom
of our heart

RRWwebdesign did a great job of serving us as we put together our church website.
He tailored our site so that we would be able to add and subtract info as we saw
fit and when we wanted to do it. Having his expertise design a quality looking
site and yet being able to have control over it ourselves is the best of both

BIG KISH.
I know that Robert has been on hand with this site and making sure that all the
info's that i need to go up was done asap. We really worked close via email and

I never imagined I would have such a professional looking web site. Without the
help of Robert and RR web design, I probably wouldn't have. Robert listened to

During my initial meeting with Robert, he answered all my questions - even the
stupid ones - without ever making me feel dumb. I am not very astute when it
comes to computers or the internet, but Robert helped me understand and
alleviated all of my concerns. Throughout the process of creating my web site,
Robert was always available by phone to explain each step along the way. He even
put me in touch with a fantastic editor (Raul) who helped me create web page
contents worth reading. Without both of them, my web site would have been
nothing more than a concept. When I first saw the completed web site, I was
amazed and proud by how professional it looked! I have received numerous
